A guy goes to see a doctor and the doc asks him what he can do for him. "I want you to take a look at my old fella", the guy says as he drops his pants.

So the doctor takes a look. After a thorough examination, the doctor tells the guy that he can't find anything wrong with it.

The guy replies, "I know that, but ain't it a beauty!"
