A man went into a Spanish restaurant and ordered the special, "cojones". As he is eating this exquisitely prepared dish which he has not had before, he asked the waiter exactly what they were. The waiter told him they are the balls of the bull that fought so valiantly in the bull ring that afternoon.

The next day, he went into the same restaurant and again ordered the special, but when they arrive, they are much smaller and do not taste good at all. When he asked, the waiter replied, "Well, sir, the bull does not always lose!"
